IVIG has developed several projects focused on the oil and gas area. Its activities are based on assessing the impacts of activities on the environment, developing studies on mitigation and environmental management of projects, among other actions.

Petrobras Project:

For the state-owned oil company, IVIG produced an assessment of the impacts of climate change mitigation policy scenarios in the oil and gas sector in Brazil and the State of Rio de Janeiro. The work was carried out with the Petrobras Research Center (Cenpes).

Ipiranga Project:

With the distributor of Petroleum products Ipiranga, IVIG developed a technical-economic and financial feasibility study of environmental management resources for implementation in a primary fuel storage base.
